Our ‘Doing’ is behavior driven, comparable to an auto pilot. We are getting things done, reacting to any obstacles with linear processes.
We measure success rather materialistically, often lacking the feeling of fulfillment.
‘Being’ refers to a conscious state, we are self-aware, driven by our values, forming new ideas & solutions.
We are focused on ourselves and our personal growth, priotising self-reflection. When neglecting the ‘Being’ mode, we lose sight of our vision and what we truly want in life.
